Irish Fishing Cove

Description: Boat with netting left by a fisherman in a cove of the River Slaney near the Norman castle ruins of Ferrycarrig. The artist was retired and enjoying a seven month vacation with his wife, Nancy when this painting was done. They visited Ireland, Nice, Bormes les Mimosas, Paris and other points unknown.
