During the time of this painting the artist was living in Dade County, FL with his wife and four sons while attending his masters degree program in Psychology at the University of Miami. His next door neighbor in FL, Bo Wityak was also an artist that painted abstracts. The artist still possesses one of the works of Bo Wityak.

Description: This work proved to be a trying endeavor for the artist because no matter what he did he just could not get the subjects to sit still. Despite his difficulties with the subjects the artist managed to win a blue ribbon at a local art show in San Mateo County for this piece. The subjects of this painting were handmade by the mother-in-law of the 3rd son of the artist, Bill McGovern. They given as a gift to Nathalie McGovern, the daughter of Jim & Michele. The painting as well is in the possession Jim and Michele.
